  • Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC): Incorporated on June 8, 2004, with SEC Registration No. CS200408739, Kaiser operates with an authorized capital stock of ₱160 million, reflecting its financial stability and commitment to long-term service.

  • Insurance Commission (IC): Kaiser holds a Certificate of Authority (No. HMO-2020-08-R) issued by the Insurance Commission, authorizing it to operate as a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in the Philippines.
